Low Calorie, High Protein Bread

Ingredients (10 servings)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Spray tin with low calorie spray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pop into the greased tin.
  3. Bake for 20-30mins until brown and/or a knife comes out clean when inserted.

Calories: 54

Fat:1g

Carbs: 6g

Protein:5g

  1. OMG this sounds incredible. I have been looking for a recipe that doesn’t require 100000000 ingredients that I do not have and prob won’t end up using ever again. I am totally going to make this some time this week. What are your thoughts on bananas v applesauce (I have applesauce…but was wondering if I could use a banana instead) and I only have vanilla whey, do you think I can use that instead of unflavored whey?

    1. Yeah you can defo swap applesauce for bananas and likewise with vanilla , it will probably taste more like a banana bread 🙂 let me know how it works out nom nom nom 🙂
