Blueberry Protein Muffin

These are awesome as a snack come 11am.

Ingredients: ( Makes 4)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Blend all ingredients except the fresh blueberries.
  3. Slowly add the blueberries ( gently to avoid bursting them)
  4. Pop into a greased muffin tray
  5. Bake for 15-20mins until golden brown or knife comes out clean
