Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Karen and I love to run and I love to eat.

On my blog, you will find lots of guilt-free recipes, reviews of products I enjoy as part of my diet and a little insight into my training for various running events.  I’m also an ambassador for mental health (a topic very close to my heart) so you will often find me sharing personal and positive feel good posts.
